My journey began in advertising as a digital art director at Big 4 agencies, where I discovered the power of crafting digital experiences that truly resonate with people. Over time, I found myself drawn toward UX strategy, enterprise digital transformation, and the big-picture thinking that connects business goals with the needs of real users. Today, I lead a team of UX researchers and designers, guiding them to think holistically—beyond just visuals—so every design choice is backed by data, technology, and empathy.

But I’m not just about pixels and wireframes. For me, UX is about genuine human connection. I’ve learned the best experiences come from understanding the heart behind each stakeholder’s challenge and the everyday realities of users. That’s why my process involves deep listening, collaborative ideation, and narrative-driven proposals. I strive to translate complex concepts into stories that spark “aha” moments—stories that help decision-makers see the potential of user-centred innovation.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients—finance, telecom, public sector, and more—building solutions that balance user needs with technical feasibility. Having a foot in IT consulting has broadened my perspective on what it takes to make technology work smoothly for everyone. Tools like SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Sitefinity don’t limit innovation; they become the canvas on which we design human-friendly, scalable, and future-proof experiences.

Awards are nice milestones—Cannes Gold, Spikes Asia, and more—but what truly matters is the impact my team and I create: streamlined processes, improved accessibility, and engaged users. These outcomes remind me why I love what I do.
